4th Scotia Bank Half Marathon
● This was one windy race! I finished strong, meaning that I wasn't throwing up or anything, but I didn't expect any good results. My watch showed 1:43, which was 2 minutes behind last years record. In the end, the official time was 1:42:59. Something around 1 minute and 30 seconds slower than last year's PB. I take it! I really didn't expect much considering how hard it was to run against the 44 KM/H wind. Chances are I would be able to better my record had it not been a such a windy day. Oh, well, that is a part of the challenge.
