First day of year 1390
● Hard to believe that it has been almost 12 years since we arrived in Montréal (12 years this April 16th). Also hard to believe that this is the first day of spring, considering that it is snowing pretty hard outside. Ran a couple of longer runs on treadmill last week-end. I did 10K on Saturday and 7.5 K on Sunday. They went pretty well; however, I had to drop the speed (pace 6:00) to gauge my readiness. Today I have a painful IT bad, but that was not unexpected.
