Countdown is getting louder
● I did a 6K run in the Old Port yesterday. Only four more of these runs are left and I am done. Saturday, I have decided would be a rest day. I didn't push it very hard; as always, I went out with the decision of having a light and easy run in mind. But, as usual I ended up running faster than I had planned. The average pace of the run was at around 4:45, I believe (have not downloaded the data from my watch yet.) Currently, the temperature is 12 degrees, which means I am going to have another run outside after work.
